j0ey 0.99b is out!

Is finally out first test release of blog/CMS "j0ey" (j0ey: 0 executed query): 100% GPL..

j0ey is a CMS/blog written in PHP that doesn't use any SQL database: is the best way to manage personal and tiny websites. Besides, as the author of j0ey, I encourage to use my software on GNU/Linux systems, like freedom spirit that drive me to write j0ey.
